Organizational Development
Organization Development represents an array of strategies aiding organizations to change towards greater effectiveness and fuller realization of their goals.
Through trainings custom designed for the project team on organizational development themes like project management, team work, monitoring & evaluation etc. the capacities of the project team to manage a complex project were raised. Predrag Cveticanin, professor of sociology of culture from Nis, Serbia, with vast experience in civil society sector first assessed the needs of the project partners for organizational development and than according to that chose the themes, designed and delivered the majority of the trainings.
In various phases the project also received valuable support from Daniel Kessler consultant from Switzerland and Swiss cultural Programme’s Petra Bischof and Oliver Musovik.
The project received continuous technical support on issues regarding the acquisition, use and maintenance of the video equipment and also on techniques of filming and editing form Ljupco Tanurovski, experienced cameraman and editor from Skopje.

The activities of the project were closely followed by a local monitor who reported on the quality of the events and organization regularly to the Swiss Cultural Programme, but also contributed to the improvement of the management of the project with advices and suggestions to the project team. Luran Ahmeti in 2005 and Mensur Mamuti in 2006-7 were carrying out these monitoring tasks.
